Listmates,

I have a young adult client who will be traveling abroad to a number of
counties for nine months. Her program recommends she have a durable
power of attorney. Does anyone have a form they are willing to share
that would serve this situation? I'm thinking that it would name one of
her parents as attorney-in-fact for the duration of her trip. Thanks in
advance.
