[WSBAPT] Specific Bequest with debt

Testator has a Will that incorporates written directive. Written directive specifically bequeaths Testator's vehicle to A. The vehicle still has a car loan against it. The Will provides in the residue paragraph, "after all of my outstanding debts are satisfied, the residue and remainder shall be distributed as follows"

For the life of me, I cannot find the case law on this issue. I believe the debt is paid from the residue given the language, but looking for confirmation.
