<p class="MsoNormal"><a name="_GoBack"></a>Testator has a Will that incorporates written directive. Written directive specifically bequeaths Testator’s vehicle to A. The vehicle still has a car loan against it. The Will provides in the residue paragraph,
“after all of my outstanding debts are satisfied, the residue and remainder shall be distributed as follows”<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">For the life of me, I cannot find the case law on this issue. I believe the debt is paid from the residue given the language, but looking for confirmation.<o:p></o:p></p>
