[WSBAPT] Finding California Ward

My client had a disabled child in the 60s who was given up as a ward of the State of California. He received regular updates about her until 1994 when the then-caregiver quit sending reports or other communications. The client now wishes to find his daughter  and perhaps see her before he dies. It is his understanding that there is an ongoing draw being taken from his Social Security for her support, which he believes means she is still alive. Any thoughts on how to look or who to contact to locate her?
