Although it is possible that you delayed law school education long enough that we cannot accurately predict age based upon your 1976 admission date to the bar, I dare say that I am probably an older codger than you.  I, myself, delayed completing law school, and taking the bar exam, till 1975, a full 2 years after my fellow 1970 college graduates would have completed that process, assuming no interruptions.

So, now that that issue is possibly settled, you are the wise one, since I continue to labor in the salt mines, very jealously, when considering that YOU have fully retired, and I have not.

But, the phrase "wise one" also very much ties to your contributions to the list-serv, and I echo others' comments that they always looked forward to your "two cents" on various topics of interest.

I thank you, and I know many others who have enjoyed your participation with us also thank you.

Please be advised that I have retired. I don't intend to renew my memberships in any sections this year, so I will most likely get kicked off this list, not that I've contributed much of value anyway.

It is time for me to take my leave, and let the next generation take over. If this message makes it to the list master before I get that next message on how to leave a list, do whatever you want insofar as removing or leaving my email active. I probably will be out sailing in any event.

Best wishes to you all, especially you old codgers who might recognize my name. Lol!
