Two options: (1) Ignore. (2) Write short letter saying the period for making a claim has passed. I usually would not say much more. The attorney for the PR does not want to be seen as providing any advice or direction. If more comes of this it would help to have filed an affidavit of due diligence, either as a separate document or as part of a declaration of completion (assuming non-intervention powers). i.e. detail what you did that constitutes "appropriate review of the records" state it was an exercise of due diligence to identify reasonably ascertainable creditors, and sign under the penalty of perjury.

Subject: [WSBAPT] cred claim after probate closed

Probate opened 2015, closed 2016. Creditor now coming forward - unknown prior to this, after appropriate review of records, etc for "reasonably ascertainable" creditors.
Best approach to this at minimal expense to client (PR)?

Regards,
