[WSBAPT] TOD Deed v. Deed of Trust

A basic TOD Question:

Does filing a TOD deed implicate any loan acceleration issues or other loan
issues you need to watch out for?  If there is an outstanding Deed of
Trust, does the lender/trustee need to be involved in any way or can the
owner of the real estate just file a TOD deed?
