I am looking for one or more referrals for the following:

High net worth couple (net assets well in excess of 2x federal exemption amount) with a variety of family owned businesses and family trusts (established by her parents) already in place, with three young adult children.

Trustee of testamentary spendthrift trust for adult child of client who passed away. Ex-wife of adult child beneficiary is trying to get her hands on the money while it is still in the estate.
