[WSBAPT] Referral for Good Probate GAL

Greetings Listserv:

I'm seeking a couple of recommendations for a good guardian ad litem who can represent a group of minor and disabled beneficiaries in a complex matter where, in my opinion, the PR/trustee may have severely abused his fiduciary duties. I'd like to make a couple of GAL proposals to the court so that I can ensure the beneficiaries have someone comfortable with what will be a pretty detailed forensic examination of the PR/trustee's acts and those of his attorney, and who will aggressively litigate on behalf of the beneficiaries if she or he discovers malfeasance.

Ideally, the GAL would be in Redmond or on the Eastside, but quality is more important than location. Any recommendations (including self-referrals) would be greatly appreciated. Please email offlist to james at spectra-law.com<mailto:james at spectra-law.com>.
