Ryan Rein, then of Short Cressman and Burgess created one 10 to 15 years ago. I found it very handy for quick estimates. Not sure if he has done any updates since. I would love to see a current one.

I'm not sure if this has been asked before or not but has anyone created an excel spreadsheet or other method to quickly calculate our state estate tax calculation?  I have a program called Number Cruncher for federal issues but I am seeing that their state calculations are not accurate.  If someone has developed something other than my paper method I would appreciate seeing how it functions.
