[WSBAPT] holographic will

Are there circumstances in which a handwritten, signed will (holographic) by a Washington resident, done in Washington, will be deemed a valid will?

I assume one done where such are recognized would be deemed valid in Washington; but if anyone knows yay or nay about that, please tell me:)
