[WSBAPT] Collaborative law probate?

Krista: Almost all probates involve other beneficiaries; they are technically not 'clients' but the PR and PRs attorney owe them some duties. With the client's permission, beneficiaries should always be kept fully informed and included in big decisions. That is typically the way it works around here and should be the norm. That is not quite "collaborative", but usually works to keep things calm.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Collaborative law probate?

Hi Folks,

I have some PCs, PR and beneficiaries, who all seem reasonable but emotional and I may need to send them elsewhere due to conflicts of interest. I am wondering whether anyone follows a collaborative model in probate? My sense is that it might work well here and I would like to discuss it with someone who does it.
