[WSBAPT] WA LLC ownig Hawaii condo as rental

Three family members wish to form an LLC in Washington to own a condominium
in Hawaii for rental purposes. Is the Washington, LLC required to register
as a foreign LLC in Hawaii in order to do business. Does the Washington, LLC
pay taxes on the rental income in Hawaii?
