[WSBAPT] Motion for non-intervention powers - service question

I cant get consent - the mothers are not cooperative.   The minors live in
Nevada, so trying to avoid a GAL here, if possible.  There is real property
in Nevada, so likely will need a GAL there for the ancillary probate (to
complicate things, the deceased was in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, so trustee
may sell the house negating the need for the ancillary probate).  If I can
send the notice to the mothers, that is what I am trying to do - hard to
figure out if they require a GAL for that.
