[WSBAPT] Will Formalities - clients out of country

Wouldn’t they also need to check for the requirements of the state they are in at the time they sign, even if the Will says they reside in WA?  Or do they just have to meet WA requirements because they reside in WA?  I don’t know if other states have more demanding requirements, such as notarization, etc.
