[WSBAPT] Quick Probate

It's pretty easy to do probate in Washington if there is a will appointing a willing PR.  but ask a title company first what it would require in order to insure title signed by widow for herself and decedent.  It may not need anything too formal.

Hello,
I have a client whose husband died 10+ years ago.  Her husband owned a property in Washington in his name alone; both were residents of Oregon.  My client never probated his estate in WA and now wants to clear-up the title.

I have hears others on this list-serve reference a "quick probate" where you open and close the probate on the same day and was wondering if someone could tell me how that works.
