<p class="MsoNormal">I have a client whose husband died 10+ years ago. Her husband owned a property in Washington in his name alone; both were residents of Oregon. My client never probated his estate in WA and now wants to clear-up the title.

<p class="MsoNormal">I have hears others on this list-serve reference a “quick probate” where you open and close the probate on the same day and was wondering if someone could tell me how that works.<o:p></o:p></p>
