[WSBAPT] Canadian Long Term Guardians

Can somebody please explain what happens if a person names Canadian
guardians for his/her minor children?

After death does it go like this? Canadian guardian rolls into King County
court --> gets appointed guardian of the child --> hauls child up to Canada
--> does some other court stuff there?
Any special Canadian planning need to be done in advance?
