[WSBAPT] Distributing assets to foreign heirs

Good evening all,

I have an estate in which all of the heirs live in Norway and are Norwegian
citizens.  All of the assets of the deceased have been liquidated and the
funds are in an estate bank account here in the States.  The personal
representative (also in Norway) would like to distribute the funds by the
simplest means.

Does anyone have some advice about how, practically, to go about making
these distributions?  It would be much appreciated.
