[WSBAPT] Trustee as Broker

Listmates:

Decedent's Living Trust names a long-time friend as Trustee, and specifically of the sub-Trust established there for the benefit of decedent's young adult son.

The friend named as Trustee also happens to be a financial advisor with a large brokerage firm, and had managed decedent's large stock account for several decades prior to death.

Son is concerned now about Trustee wearing both the investment advisor and Trustee hats.  Though it also appears this was decedent's plan.
