Does anyone have a Uniform Transfers to Minors Act clause for a will
they are willing to share? The language in the statute is worded for a
direct transfer to the custodian. The client wishes to make a specific
bequest of money to a niece who is now under age, and wants to name a
custodian (mom) and an alternate custodian (not dad) for the gift of
money in the event the niece is under 21 at the time the gift vests.
Thanks in advance.
