[WSBAPT] Correction to Declaration of Completion

Listmates,

 

Is there any way that I can file an amendment to a Declaration of
Completion with my signature instead of the PR? The figures for the fees
need to be corrected. The PR is disabled and lives out of state, the
post office does not go to her house and she does not have a scanner or
fax. She signed the original before she left the state. It was filed
last Friday and I noticed the error in the figures this morning as I was
preparing to mail out a copy of the Declaration with the Notice of
Filing to the heirs. Note to self: review pleadings before you file, not
after.
