[WSBAPT] Real Estate Development Question - Condominiums

Esteemed Listmates,

 

I have a client that is looking to build and sell off a 10-unit condominium
complex in King County (outside of Seattle limits).  Putting aside
construction and permitting, besides preparing and recording the declaration
with a survey map, forming a non-profit association and preparing a public
offering statement, are there other key steps or issues to be considered?  

 

If anyone with experience in such matters would be willing to discuss this
with me, I would greatly appreciate it and may end up referring this work to
that person.  Thank you.
