[WSBAPT] Referral for Valuation of fractional interests - Cross posting

Disabled low income Sister owns fractional interests in three properties received via gift or inheritance from father.

Looking for an appraiser for the Sister's fractional interests for likely purchase by siblings. Needs funds to pay for care. But for these interests she would qualify for Medicaid or COPES. None produce enough income to support her care needs. Need valuations to evaluate options.
