If it is possible, and it almost always is, especially when there is only
one felony, then it may be worth it to vacate the conviction. It may take a
couple of weeks, depending on your prosecutor, but it is usually pretty
straightforward.

Nominated PR has old felony conviction for possession of marijuana.  Can the
disqualification under RCW 11.36.010 ever be waived?  Other beneficiary
