[WSBAPT] Nominated PR has old felony conviction

I recently attended a hearing on this very issue.  The first named Trustee and PR was a felon.  I objected and wanted my client to be named, since she was 2nd Trustee and alternative PR.  The first PR felon argued that this exclusion only applied in limited circumstances.  Judge said NO.  If you are a felon, YOU CANNOT serve.

Nominated PR has old felony conviction for possession of marijuana.  Can the disqualification under RCW 11.36.010 ever be waived?  Other beneficiary would sign off on this.
