I represent a PR that needs to obtain personal property of the Estate from a
3rd party. Can I bring a motion for order to show cause within our probate
case under RCW 11.48.020 and 11.48.070, or do I need to file a separate
TEDRA Action or Replevin action under Chapter 7.64 RCW?

I am about to pull the trigger on option number one, but I have not done
this before and would like some feedback. Also, FORMS from prior motions
would be a greatly appreciated early Christmas present.
