[WSBAPT] Need Referral to A&A/Medicaid Attorney in Seattle or South End

I have a client whose father is interested in applying for Aid & Attendance from the VA (and may require Medicaid financing of long term care down the road). I am not certified by the VA to do that. 
  
Any recommendations? Client is in Kent, so South End would be convenient, but Eastside or downtown Seattle would work just as well.
