Yes, I do those. Just had a couple in Pierce. Holdover owners need to be
evicted via ejectment, not eviction- longer and more expensive. I've done a
couple of those as well. I'd be happy to discuss.

Hi all, 

 

Wondering if anyone in Pierce County has experience or knows anyone with
unlawful detainer actions and would be willing to speak with my client -
purchased a home at Trustee sale, someone is living in the home. Client
served a 20 day notice as there is no lease agreement/tenancy.  The
gentleman is now claiming he had verbal agreement with the prior owner of
the home to "pay utilities" in exchange for staying at house and is claiming
he is entitled to 60 day notice.
