[WSBAPT] Audit/Securities Litigation

I need a referral to a Seattle area attorney with experience in financial audits and securities litigation. PC is an accountant that partially performed an audit of a financial firm, but terminated the engagement before completing the audit do to ethical concerns (firm was attempting to manipulate the outcome of the audit). Subsequently another accounting firm completed the audit. Investors lost money and have now sued the financial firm, both accounting firms and the individual auditor who is the PC.
PC needs a good defense attorney experienced in this area of law.
