[WSBAPT] Guardian not functioning; order to show cause?

I have a client whose mother passed away about 3 months ago. She is now the PR of her mother’s estate.

Prior to her death a guardian (who is a licensed attorney) was appointed. I had one telephone call with the guardian, but she has failed to return many other calls and does not respond to my correspondence.

All that the guardian needs to do is a final report and send a check to the estate for the balance (my client is the only heir).

My investigation has revealed that: There should be about $40,000 in the guardian account, the guardian: however:
1.quit paying for lawn care
2. let the house insurance policy lapse 7/1/15 for non-payment (my client has since had it insured)
3. failed to pay utilities ; city water was shut off last December (the mother was in assisted living)
4. has kept “for safe keeping” a silver set, but has failed to respond to my letter to make arrangements for return of it
5. failed to pay for funeral for over 3 months
and my investigation has just begun.
6. without talking with family had ashes buried in the wrong place

I don’t think the guardianship judge will be pleased.
I am thinking about doing a motion to show cause why the guardian should not be ordered to do a final accounting and get it approved, return the silver and probably forfeit any fees.

Any forms or other ideas anyone wants to share?
