[WSBAPT] Deceased tenant with no family

Kameron,

Take a look at RCW 59.18.595 which addresses what to do when a tenant dies
and that tenant is the sole occupant living in the dwelling.

It discusses the steps a landlord must take upon learning of the tenant's
death.  If nobody comes forward within the time period, the landlord may
sell in a commercially reasonable manner, or dispose of the property.
