Subject: [WSBAPT] deceased attorney Theodore Patrick Cummings


I need to open a probate for a PR who has a copy of his father’s will with an indication that the original will is at attorney Theodore Patrick Cummings’ office.  The will was written in 1985.  The WSBA directory says attorney Cummings is deceased.  Does anyone have information as to the whereabouts of Mr. Cummings’ original wills?
