[WSBAPT] Finding Estate Assets

I opened probate on behalf of a creditor.  Decedent owned 60% of RE, 40% owned by decedent's girlfriend.  Girlfriend had filed bankruptcy.  Since creditor I opened probate for is getting paid by bankruptcy court because creditor's judgment was against girlfriend & decedent, they are happy.  Girlfriend (through bankruptcy) will end up paying the judgment.

Problem is I have written to girlfriend and one daughter of decedent asking about assets/creditors.  Tried to call.  No response.  Filed/published Notice to Creditors and have received 2 creditor's claims.  Accepted as valid.  Is there a company or way to find out about other assets of decedent - bank accounts, vehicles, IRA accounts?  I have written to IRS, DSHS & Dept of Revenue as required by law.  Decedent probably didn't have a lot when he died, but what else can I do to get estate assets?
