[WSBAPT] Tracking down successor to Seattle Trust & Savings

Hello:  Does anyone know who acquired Seattle Trust and Savings Bank?  I found conflicting information, between Key Bank, Umpqua Bank and Sterling Savings.  Any information is appreciated.
