Lisa-I use the following provision in my documents-you could modify to say
"services performed per Agreement dated xxx" etc.

Compensation.  The Attorney-in-Fact shall be reimbursed for all costs and
expenses reasonably incurred and shall receive at least annually, without
court approval, such reasonable compensation for services performed as
Attorney-in-Fact as is customarily charged in the community for like
services performed by local professional fiduciaries.

My client is nominating a professional guardian as financial AIF (they have
a service agreement).  She may also have a different professional as health
care AIF.  I think the POA should state that they are entitled to be paid
and I'm looking for suggestions on how to handle that.
