[WSBAPT] Elder Law/Vulnerable Adult/DSHS Referral Needed in Bellevue/Redmond

Listmates,

Elderly husband and wife were visited by a social worker.  Social worker accused husband of not taking good enough care of wife and reported the matter to DSHS protective services.  No claim of infliction of harm or anything like that.  My understanding is that it is more of a claim that the husband does not have the ability to care for wife because of his age.  Husband is seeking an attorney experienced in defending against such claims.  Any a referral in Bellevue/Redmond would be greatly appreciated.
