Hi Everyone,

I'm working on an estate plan for a couple that have lived together for
many years, and are now considering marriage. One spouse has a serious
medical condition, though, and they are concerned about the other spouse
being saddled with potential medical debts. However, the couple will
likely need to get married in order for the healthy spouse to access
certain government family benefits after the sick spouse's death.

Would anyone who has experience with the medical debt implications and/or
VA benefits be willing to provide me with a paid consult on this?

Sincerely,

--
