[WSBAPT] Converting probate into NIP?

Good afternoon, Colleagues:

I opened a probate (actually, intestate administration) a couple months back and couldn't get NIPs because two of the heirs hadn't been tracked down yet. Now we are in contact with everybody, and they have all sent me Declarations saying that they support giving the co-PRs NIPs. I'm hoping to petition the court this week, and I'm wondering if anybody has any advice for making such a request.

Thanks in advance for your shared wisdom. This list is such a great resource, and I am always so grateful to be a part of it!
