[WSBAPT] Real Estate Litigation attorney referral

Client referral lives in Duvall. Her house was sold in a foreclosure sale COMPLETELY IN ERROR - I think the bank mixed up her parcel / address with someone else's.  Referral found out about the sale when the "new" owner knocked on her door, and tried to deliver a 20 day eviction notice.  Lender has admitted the error and is working on correcting the situation / reversing the sale.   
 
Anyone interested in taking this on?  Reply off the listserve to cut down on clutter.
