[WSBAPT] office for rent

A friend of mine is moving out of state and wants to sublet her office in
the AmericaWest building in Everett, specifically 2722 Colby Ave, suite 419.
It’s a four window corner office near the court house and has terrific
views.  The office will be available on August 1st and includes furniture,
a parking space, fax service, file cabinets, and internet.  It’s part of a
suite, so you’ll share a small lobby with two other offices.  She’s willing
to sublet it for six months, a year, or up to June 30, 2017.  My inexpert
photos are attached.
