[WSBAPT] Referral (Student Loans)

PC has was a co-signer on a Private Student Loan. The collection company has been trying to collect but then fell silent two years ago. I wonder if the statute of limitations has run (this is not a government student loan). The Potential Client just received a summons on the matter.
 
Client lives in Jefferson County. Any attorney's willing to handle this matter?
