[WSBAPT] Decedent vehicle records

I have done this before and sometimes it works, sometimes now.  Depends on the clerk you get at the DOL.  I would go into the DOL with the letters and indicate she wants to know about title to a vehicle she believes is part of the decedent’s estate.  She wants to know if title was transferred before or after death…

PR just got appointed and somehow, a police officer gave her information that her father (the decedent's) car is now registered in the name of decedent's female friend's daughter's boyfriend. Can daughter take her Letters of Administration into the department of licensing and find out when this happened and how? What would be the best way to proceed?
