Subject: [WSBAPT] Off topic referral
I have a client who has had some incorrect information placed in his medical file, and the hospital/doctor has thus far refused to cooperate in removing it. It has also prevented him from getting life insurance.
Thank you in advance for any referrals. I will pass them on to the client.
