[WSBAPT] Waiver of enforcement of protective covenants

Christopher is right on, I was about to suggest that case.  While
researching, look for abandonment and/or "selective enforcement."

I believe I have a slightly outdated brief (5 years old or so) on the topic
if you are interested.
