You might want to try Moving Forward (http://retirementdownsizing.com/). I have not used this service, but Katie Munoz, the owner, appears to run a good company that does what you are looking for.

My Snohomish County clients need to move (downsize) out of large home, but overwhelmed by task of sorting through, selling, etc decades of stuff. Some is valuable, some is not, and then of course they feel that some of the "not" will be too hard to part with.

This comes up periodically with my elderly clients, and with PRs trying to sort through decedent home to prep for sale.

Who is recommended for this kind of work?

Thanks, and happy new year!

Regards,

Melinda Grout
