[WSBAPT] Action on bond of PR - RCW 11.48.120

Has anyone sued a former PR or surety who issued a bond to the PR?  The PR was removed and has taken monies from an estate for her own personal benefit.  I have searched Westlaw and find nothing on execution on the bond.  I have talked to Merchant's Bonding who issued bond and they indicate I need a court order to execute...  I found one case from 1924 Karterman v. National Surety Co. (128 Wn. 182) which was not real helpful.  This lawsuit was against the surety not the former PR...  I sent the Order Removing PR to bonding company with nothing.  Now, I sue bonding company?

Action on bond of previous personal representative.
Any personal representative may in his or her own name, for the benefit of all parties interested in the estate, maintain actions on the bond of a former personal representative of the same estate.
