<p class="MsoNormal">Has anyone sued a former PR or surety who issued a bond to the PR? The PR was removed and has taken monies from an estate for her own personal benefit. I have searched Westlaw and find nothing on execution on the bond. I have talked
to Merchant’s Bonding who issued bond and they indicate I need a court order to execute… I found one case from 1924
<i>Karterman v. National Surety Co</i>. (128 Wn. 182) which was not real helpful. This lawsuit was against the surety not the former PR… I sent the Order Removing PR to bonding company with nothing. Now, I sue bonding company?<o:p></o:p></p>
