[WSBAPT] Professional fiduciary on Whidbey Island

I have a client on Whidbey Island who doesn't have an appropriate friend or relative to act as AIF for her financial powers.  Does anyone know a professional fiduciary in that area?  Her needs are very simple.  Thank you.
