[WSBAPT] Thai real property

It is a function of the inheritance law of Thailand. I do not believe Thailand recognizes trusts established by individuals. Further, there may be restrictions on non-Thai citizens inheriting/owning real estate, and Thailand does not allow dual citizenship (so the children cannot benefit from that option).

The client will need to consult with counsel in Thailand. There may be ways to structure it in a company or other entity that may be useful.
